SHIPPING INFORMATION
All online orders will ship within 2-5 business days from date of purchase.

RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept Returns for Exchange & Store Credit ONLY within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be offered.

 RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT -  WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Proof of Purchase is required. UNWORN. NO SMOKE, NO FRAGRANCE, NEW CONDITION WITH TAG ON - NO Exceptions.
  • ORIGINAL SALES TAX & SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Store Credit will be given for any returns made within 14 days of purchase -- no returns will be accepted after that time period. No exceptions.
  • Please contact us first before sending in any items for return for store credit, this way we are aware of items coming in and can give you the correct credited amount.
  • For Online Orders  - a unique online code for the credited amount will be sent via email or message.

EXCHANGE  - WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

  • It is the customers responsibility to contact us via email, social media or phone before sending any item in.
  • We are not responsible for items that are sent in without the correct contact information or return form.
  • We do not refund shipping cost from any order.

Return Policy

  • Sale merchandise is non-returnable unless approved by management.
  • All returns must be in original condition and packaging and must be received within 30 days of purchase.

 Ways to Return

  • You can exchange for another product.
  • You can receive an electronic gift card which does not expire.
  • You can receive a refund in the original form of payment*

     *All refunds are subject to a 3% Restocking Fee.

Shipping

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
